Error description

• A full backup of a VM might fail with following error in the
  joblog:
  ERROR - CTGGA0413 - Backup of vm <VM-name> failed. Error: Unable
  to find matching storage path for
  vmx line: scsiX:Y.fileName =
  "/vmfs/volumes/vvvvvvvv-xxxxxxxx-yyyy-zzzzzzzzzzzz/<VM-name>/<VM
  -name>.vmdk"

  Message ID 'CTGGA0413' means: Failed to discover Fibre Channel
  initiator information.
  .
  The observed issue, starting with IBM Spectrum Protect Plus
  10.1.4, is related to how saved guest
  files are now grouped on the vSnap host storage when full VM
  backups are taken. All files of a VM
  will now be placed into one storage volume.

Problem conclusion

• This problem has been fixed so that after encountering condition
  that backup fails with unable to find matching storage path for
  vmx line error, the new behavior is that backup will continue to
