Error description

• In a library sharing environment, if a library client had a
  volume mounted and owning a drive, then a restart is performed
  on the library manager which initializes the library, the
  library manager frees the mountpoint owned by the library client
   but the polling thread can cause the library manager to
  subsequently crash.
