IT29558: HTTPREPLY NODE ADDS AN EXTRA DATE HEADER REGARDLESS OF WHETHER ONE HAS BEEN SET IN HTTP RESPONSE HEADER OR REPLY HEADER

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When a HTTPReply node sends a reply it will unconditionally add
  an additional Date header to the reply regardless of whether an
   override has been specified in either the HTTPResponseHeader
  or HTTPReplyHeader.
  
  This is inconsistent with the v10 or earlier behaviour where
  a Date header from either the HTTPResponseHeader or
   HTTPReplyHeader is respected, with the value from
  the HTTPReplyHeader parser being preferred.
  This affects HTTP flows using both the embedded listener and
  the node-wide listener.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When using an HTTP-based input node, such as the HTTPInput
  SOAPInput and RESTInput nodes, an additional Date header is
  added to the response regardless of whether one has been set by
  the message flow.
  

Problem conclusion

• The product no longer adds an additional Date header to the
  response if one has already been specified.
