Error description

• Problem description:
  The built-in servermon component may not collect diagnostic
  information from the Spectrum Protect Server.
  As a result, the diagnostic logs couldl be empty
  
  
  Symptom:
  Starting from version 8.1.7, there is now an internal servermon
  component which, by default, will collect all servermon data
  within a directory called srvmon within the instance home
  location.
  The output files to collect the data are then copied to a
  subdirectory with the date, time and servername configured.
  
  The following are an example of the "..-show.txt" files created
  with 0 bytes in size :

  This is caused by the server process (dsmserv) running in the
  background with the -q (quiet) option.

Local fix

• Manually re-configure the Spectrum Protect Server to start
  without using quiet mode (-q) and restart the server.
