• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After creating an RCP and trying to run it. There are plugin
  validation errors that pop-up.
  

Local fix

• As a work around clicking on the continue button
  lets the Rich client project to continue to run. Cancel button
  goes back to the toolkit as expected.

  * been added in HATS code.                                     *

Problem conclusion

• The source was changed to resolve this issue. Missing Plugin
  were added.
