IT29373: CUSTOMER NOT RECEIVING DATA COLLECTOR CHANGE OF STATUS EMAILS

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• customer does not receive data collector status change emails
  because si server config has ACTIVATE_DATA_COLLECTOR_CHECK
  setting in runtime.properties is set to false by default. this
  should be a configuration option available to the customer to
  set as they wish, as some customers want these notices and some
  do not.
  

Local fix

• change setting in runtime.properties file per customer wishes.
