IT29319: ONPERF MAY FAIL TO START CORRECTLY ON AIX

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• On the AIX platform the onperf utility may fail to start or may
  start with the error "Cannot start up onedcu." This occurs when
  the background data collector process onedcu crashes shortly
  after startup. If run as the root user then a core file may also
  be created by the onedcu process.
  
  The issue is more likely to occur on servers with a large number
  of physical processors.
