IT29279: UNEXPECTED WARNING MESSAGE 'SEVERAL VALUES DETECTED FOR THE OPTIONS PROXYSELECTION'

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If a backup option is selected in the Manage Protection ->
  Hypervisors -> VMware -> Backup view at the datacenter level,
  this option might come to the VM level through multiple paths.
  The common parent which is the datacenter is not accounted as
  one object but separately for each path through which the option
   can reach the VM (ex. VM & Templates view, Datastore view).
  Hence the message with the conflict appears even though there is
   no conflict.
  
  Following unexpected warning messages can be seen in the joblog
  when this happens:
  
  WARN,,2,vmname->Several values detected for the options
  proxySelection. Please ensure that this is fixed (ex. tag
  options datastore options)
  
  This message can safely be ignored
