Fix packs for DataPower Gateway version 7.6

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• DataPower might reload if the http front side connection
  terminated before the async action which configured/used in the
  B2B Gateway has not completed.
  

Local fix

• Use Sync action instead of Async action.
  

Problem summary

• DataPower might unexpectedly reload when processing
  asynchronous actions in the processing policy of the partner
  profile of the B2B gateway. The reload might occur when the
  asynchronous action being performed and the front side
  connection already closed.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fix is available in 7.6.0.16 and 2018.4.1.7
