Error description

• Total and Flashcopy capacity values in the Storage Consumption
  and Chargeback Reports are incorrect when a volume is a target
  of both a FC and GM relationship.
  
  Resulting in, the total capacity calculated in those chargeback
  and consumption reports double counting as the result of
  aggregation (sum-up) FlashCopy capacity in the total value.
