Error description

• The Spectrum Protect Server might not open a snaplock volume
  and report the following errors in actlog:

  Customer/L2 Diagnostics:
  The SS PVR MMS Server trace will indicate the root cause.
  The default retention time or last access time (LAT) will be
  seen as greater than 1 day in the future.

  The other requirement to hit this problem is that the snaplock
  file system must have a default minimum retention time of
  greater than 1 day.
  This setting is not necessary and prevents the server from
  having control over file retention time.
