IT28797: CHANGE SNAPSHOTPROVIDERFS AND SNAPSHOTPROVIDERIMAGE DEFAULT VALUES FROM NONE TO VSS FOR WINDOWS CLIENTS

Error description

• The best practice for backing up Microsoft Windows operating
  systems is to use VSS as the snapshot provider. However, the
  current default value for SNAPSHOTPROVIDERFS and
  SNAPSHOTPROVIDERIMAGE is NONE.
  
  The default value for SNAPSHOTPROVIDERFS and
  SNAPSHOTPROVIDERIMAGE will be changed to VSS to reflect the best
  practice.
  

Local fix

• When backing up Microsoft Windows, always use SNAPSHOTPROVIDERFS
  VSS for file backups and SNAPSHOTPROVIDERIMAGE VSS for image
  backups.

Problem conclusion

• The default behavior for the backup-archive client for Microsoft
  Windows now adheres to the best practice of using VSS snapshots
  for incremental and image backup operations of local file
  systems.
  
   * The default value for SNAPSHOTPROVIDERFS is changed from NONE
     to VSS.
  
   * The default value for SNAPSHOTPROVIDERIMAGE is changed from
     NONE to VSS.
