Error description

• During 8.1.7 server restart, SSAM server is trying to read
  ibmspsnaplock.test file and is unable to do so.
  Affected server will have stgpool(s) with
  reclamationtype=snaplock.
  
  Messages are seen as:
  
  ANR9905W Unable to open file
  /directory1/subdir/ibmspsnaplock.test.  No such file or
  directory.
  ANR8502E Errno 2813 received checking WORM directory
  /directory1/subdir/ on Filer.
  ANR9905W Unable to open file
  /directory2/subdir/ibmspsnaplock.test.  No such file or
  directory.
  ANR8502E Errno 2820 received checking WORM directory
  /directory2/subdir/ on Filer.
