Error description
Client programs like dsmc.exe, or dsmadmc.exe may crash on startup with generating a crash dump in case that it fails to retrieve data from Win32_OperatingSystem WMI class. The failure may be caused by the corruption of WMI repository. Problem conclusion
The code has been changed so currently the Client stops processing if the WMI repository is corrupted. However the testflag SKIPWMIERROR allows the operation to continue.
