If IIB v10 product is installed in a different partition other than c:\ drive on windows then IIB users will see below exception when clicking "IBM Integration Console 10.0.0.x" short cut. ?IIB.cmd is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file?.
Local fix
Work around is to edit the target property on the short-cut menu to include in between cd and .
