IT28690: "VNSAP POOL CREATE" COMMAND IGNORES INVALID SYNTAX

Error description

• When creating a pool for an IBM Spectrum Protect Plus vSnap
  server, using the command "vsnap pool create" will accept
    invalid parameters. For example, using the compression option
    "--compression yes" is invalid because the correct syntax is
    "--compression on". Providing "yes" does not report that the
    syntax is incorrect and the command will proceed. In this
    example the pool is created without compression turned on.

Problem conclusion

• The vsnap CLI command for pool creation silently ignored an
  invalid argument instead of returning an error. This has been
  resolved by adding validation checks to ensure the CLI command
  reports an error if an invalid argument is specified.
