• IBM Spectrum Protect Plus virtual machine backup fails because
  the datastore data download reports error. The virgo log shows:

Problem conclusion

• IBM Spectrum Protect Plus has been updated to allow VM files to
  be downloaded if the ESXI is not available, it will fallback to
