• The following type of FDC can benefit from additional
  diagnostic information:

  | Component         :- xcsFreeQuickCell
  | Process Name      :- D:\IBM\WebSphere MQ\bin\amqzlaa0.exe
  | Major Errorcode   :- xecL_E_INVALID_HANDLE
  .
  The suggested improvement for the diagnostics is for checking
  the return code from the xcsFreeQuickCell  and dumping the
  relevant queue handle when that return code is non zero.
