IT28477: INSERT INTO RANGE FRAGMENTED TABLE BY EXTERNAL TABLES ALLOCATES AN VERY LARGE GLOBAL BLOCK POOL

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When I have a table fragmented by range and I use an external
  table load ( with light appends ) the server starts allocation a
  very large global block pool.

  depending on SHMTOTAL settings or OS limitations the server may
  return -271/-12.
