If a TCPIP node attempts to send a data packet that is larger than 16BK when using SSL a BIP2114 exception can be thrown. A sample of such an error is: BIP2114E: Integration node internal error: diagnostic information 'engineResult.bytesConsumed() 16384', 'originalLimit 59046', 'originalPosition 0', 'engineResult.getStatus() OK'.

Problem summary
**************************************************************** USERS AFFECTED: All users of the SSL enabled TCPIP nodes in IBM App Connect Enterprise v11 and IBM Integration Bus v10.	 Platforms affected: MultiPlatform, z/OS **************************************************************** PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: If a TCPIP node attempts to send a data packet that is larger than 16BK when using SSL a BIP2114 exception can be thrown. Problem conclusion
