IT28352: DBACCESS TAKES A VERY LONG TIME BEFORE RETURNING ERROR CODE 25588

Error description

• consider a system out of shared memory connections.
  In this case dbaccess will just appear to hang in the "select
  database" menu and it will take quite some time to return the
  error 25588.
