Error description

  • When the ACE V11 Config File contains a policy for the
CICSRequest node, and the node is configured for a three-tier
connection using a CICS Transaction Server, this fails
validation at start up with this error:

BIP3932E: The CICSConnection policy 'CICS Request' cicsServer
property contains an invalid URL '<Server Name>'.

The CICSConnection policy 'CICS Request' cicsServer property
must be a valid URL. The URL must be made up of the structure
[protocol]://[hostname]:[port]. Where 'protocol' can be either
'tcp' or 'ssl', 'hostname' must be the IPv4 TCP/IP address or
DNS-resolvable hostname of the CICS host, and 'port' is the
port number of the TCPIPSERVICE listener in CICS. Correct the
    CICSConnection policy cicsServer property.
