Error description

• If the catalog backup is offloaded to SP then the restore point
  is not available for selection in the UI.

Problem conclusion

• IBM Spectrum Protect Plus has been updated to correct the
  problem. The restore points are now visible after the catalog
  backup has been offload to SP.
