• When IBM Spectrum Protect Plus Microsoft Exchange agent make
  full backup
  on multiple Exchange databases, if there is one database is in
  dismount status.
  The backup operation fails, it does not skip the dismount
  database.

  When IBM Spectrum Protect Plus for Microsoft Exchange  takes
  full backup on multiple Exchange database in one SLA policy, if
  there is one of the databases is in dismount status, the backup
  operation fails. The dismounted database could not be backed up.
  It should be skipped.
  

Problem conclusion

• IBM Spectrum Protect Plus for Microsoft Exchange has been fixed
  to ignore the Microsoft Exchange databases in dismount status.
  Then, the other Microsoft Exchange databases are backed up
  successfully.
