Error description

  • Performance data collection fails for Spectrum Scale with the
    following error in the Spectrum Control performance monitoring
    log.
    HWNPM2132W Performance data could not be collected for device
    <spectrum_scale_device_name> (<identifier>). The current samples
    are skipped. (HWNPM4303E An agent API call (runQuery) failed
    while attempting to retrieve performance data for the device.)
    
    In this situation, all attempts to collect the Spectrum Scale
    performance data samples encounter failure as shown above.
