IT27635: MAINTENANCE TASK GIVES ERROR WHILE UPDATING SECURITY RESOURCE PATHS AFTER MODIFYING RESOURCE GROUPS

Error description

• The system maintenance task outputs the following messages:
  
  WARN,1545987460395,dd/mm/yyyu,6,There has been some problem in
  finding latest path for
  (root:0/site:0/site:2000/site.all.storage:2000/storage:2102)
  reason:
  ERROR,1545987460396,dd/mm/yyyy,6,SYSTEM_MAINTENANCE_TASK task to
  update security resource paths failed due to :
  com.syncsort.dp.xsb.commons.XSBException: Updating one or more
  paths failed check log for more details.
  
  This issue occurs if any of the hyper-visor resources are part
  of a resource group and if they have moved.
  The hyper-visor resource can be a VM, Datacenter, Datastore or
  any other resource of the Hypervisor type that can be assigned
  to a resource group.
  In this situation the maintenance job will report a failure but
  it does not cause any functional issues and can be considered
  benign.

Problem conclusion

• The issue was fixed by not failing the maintenance job task if
  resource path update fails  Instead, a warning message will be
  displayed in job log.
