Error description

• Low Memory Manager Reconfig routine is miscalculating the used
  memory (in bytes) while thresholds are in KB hence not working
  as expected.
  
      SELECT sum(seg_blkused)*4096       <<---------- Should be in
  KB.
          INTO used_memory
          FROM sysmaster:sysseglst WHERE seg_class != 3;
  
  
      IF caller = "LMM" OR used_memory > used_limit  THEN
  
  Also the logic to restore the settings should be revised.
