Error description
Additional Symptom(s) Search Keyword(s): The help is not working in 10.0.0.13 and higher. When displaying the help contents , the following error is displayed: HTTP ERROR: 500 Problem accessing /help/index.jsp. Reason: PWC6033: Error in Javac compilation for JSP PWC6199: Generated servlet APAR IT24032 was raised for 10.0.0.11 when it first occurred and the Java 1.8 update in 10.0.0.12 appeared to fix the issue hence it was closed. Subsequent Java updates have caused the issue to re-occur. The correct fix for this is to update the Eclipse to a later Eclipse level e.g 4.4.2 and that will need to be completed in a fix pack.
Local fix
Install IT24021 which is the Java 1.8 fix level that 10.0.0.12 uses.

Problem conclusion
