Error description

• Settings > License Compliance
  When monitoring license compliance by capacity, the XIV storage
  that is virtualized behind SVC is double counted until the XIV
  is fully virtualized.
  
  We have 5 Flash arrays all behind 2 SVC clusters.  We can see
  looking at the 5 Flash arrays they show 5.19 SCUs which is
  correct as there is a portion of 1 Flash array not completely
  behind the SVC.     Looking across the line for all Flash, we
  see Virtual Capacity for those Flash arrays total about 103 GiB,
  but the SVC Tier 1 capacity values combined are only 41 GiB.
  The licensed capacity for Flash systems needs to be computed
  differently so that it is not double counted.
