Error description

• When the update image (either the pre-upgrade iso or the upgrade
  iso) was renamed, the update of Spectrum Protect Plus can fail.
  
  
  In this specific case the update files were renamed to:
   - SPP_V10.1.2__PREE.iso
   - SPP_V10.1.2__PUE.iso
  
  
  IBM Spectrum Protect Versions Affected:
  IBM Spectrum Protect Plus 10.1.x
