    When a tape drive returns this sense data, it means application
    is unable to write any data to this volume.  However, the server
    does not mark the volume unavailable and still tries to use this
    volume later on.  It is expected that the server marks this
    volume unavailable immediately.

    IBM Spectrum Protect Server all supported version for all
    supported platforms with 3592 tape drive
