Error description

  • DETAIL OF PROBLEM:
    
    Emailed reports return 'internal error' when the expected value
    is to match the IBM Spectrum Control WEB UI with 'no items
    found'.
    
    IBM Spectrum Control -> Web UI -> reports -> emailed reports
    
    Issue can be identified by creating a custom report from any
    view of data that has a status field (ie. disks).
    
    Filter the report on a status that is not represented in the
    current view (ie disks are usually Normal or Error so choose
    Warning or if you have no disks in Error, select that).
    Deliver the empty report by email to view the results.
