Error description

• During a backup of a vm, the IBM Spectrum Protect Plus
  appliance reports the following error:
  
      Backup of vm <VM NAME> failed. Error: Command finished with
        error: exit status 32 desc (mount.nfs: mounting
        <Host>:/vsnap/vpool1/fs25 failed reason given by server:
        No such file or directory) (Mounting failed)
  
    The vSnap server returns an error that the share does not
    exist.
  
  Spectrum Protect Plus Versions Affected:
    IBM Spectrum Protect Plus 10.1.1
  Customer/L2 Diagnostics (If Applicable)
    Verify the share exists by using the commands below:
  
      vsnap volume show --id <ID>
    In the output, check the "SHARE ID" field. If it is not
    "N/A", then also get the share info using:
      vsnap share show --id <share id>
  
    The volume should exist, the share may or may not exist.
    Collect the vSnap logs as well.

Problem conclusion

• An increase in the 'maximum concurrent' option for VM
  Protection SLAs revealed an issue with the VADP proxy
  issuing NFS mount requests against vSnap. This problem
  is intermittent. NFS mount retry logic has been added to
  make the mount operation more resilient to interment
  communication interruptions. 3 attempts over a period of 2
  minutes will now occur to avoid the following error:
  Error: Command finished with error: exit status 32
  desc ...mount.nfs: mounting ... failed reason given
  by server: No such file or directory ) (Mounting failed
