Error description

• Installing or upgrading the IBM Spectrum Protect Plus VADP
  component using
  the push mechanism can fail unless the "root" id is used.

  Steps to recreate:
  1 - In the IBM Spectrum Protect Plus Dashbard, goto System ->
  VADP Proxy
  2 - Choose to upgrade an existing VADP or install on a new
  machine.
  3 - During the install/upgrade, use a non root ID.

• Run the Vadp installer locally on the VADP system as root.
