Error description

• Customer is migrating from PCOMM 12.0.2 to PCOMM 12.0.4 because
  of another problem. During the tests, customer faced a problem
  with a definition of PRINTER ASSOCIATED session.
  They have a 3270 Printer Session associate a Display Session,
  when customer tries to start this session, he received a msg:
  PCSWS011 - the .TMP file is not a valid session profile.
  
  The same session profiles work fine with PCOM 12.0.2 level.

  * printer sessions after upgrade to PCOM 12.0.4.               *

  Below are the steps to recreate the problem:
  1) Open a PCOMM TN3270 emulator display session.
  2) Configure it with an Associated Printer session.
  3) Restart the display session.
  Error PCSWS011 "The file is not a Personal Communications
  WorkStation Profile" would be reported. The printer session
  would not start.
  If NtfsDisable8dot3NameCreation is enabled in the Windows
  registry, then TN3270 display sessions configured with
  associated printer session fail to start the printer session if
  the path to the printer session contains a space.
  

Problem conclusion

• The was a regression of SE67609, which fixed the issue in PC5250
  sessions. PCSTLNET.DLL code changes have been made to fix the
  issue for TN3270 sessions.
  Fix scheduled for IBM Personal Communications 12.0.4.1 Fix
  Pack and 13.0.2.0 Refresh Pack.
