• Closed as program error.

Error description

• An Integration Server receiving an inbound request over the HTTP
  1.0 protocol forces the HTTP connection to be kept open (as
  possible under the HTTP keep-alive provision in HTTP/1.1),
  breaking conformance to the HTTP 1.0 standard which prescribes
  that the connection be closed after every request. This fix
  allows the server to close HTTP/1.0 connections as expected.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
