  • Error Description:
    
    The Operations Center "operational report" feature which shows
    the success rate of client backups, does not take into
    consideration missed backups.
    
    Customer/L2 Diagnostics (If Applicable)
    
    The report will only show success and failures for client
    backups because the query is performed against the summary
    table, which only has logged entries for client backups which
    have ran. To view clients that have missed backups, review
    the Clients panel "At Risk" column or use the QUERY EVENTS
    command
    
    IBM Spectrum Protect Versions Affected:
    Operations Center 8.1.5 and later on all supported platforms
