Error description

• The Operations Center Maintenance window displays an AUTO
  Migration of RUNNING when in fact migration is NOT running.
  This can happen if the storage pool is not capable of
  performing migration for one or both of the following reasons :
  :
  1)  The high migration threshold is set to 100
  2)  The storage pool has no NEXT stgpool defined.
  
  
  Platform Version affected:
  All 7.1 and 8.1 OC levels on all platforms.
