Error description
Error Description: Several level 2 panels within the operations center might not be getting updated with current data. The panels affected are the Servers, Storagepools, Policies, Tape-devices, Disk-devices, and Replication panels. The reason this happens is because of network/comms problems occurring on the operations center hub, which eventually kills the control thread (configuration monitor) which controls the listener threads for data collection. Customer/L2 Diagnostics (If Applicable) Review of the tsm_opscntr.log file, which is located in either AIX/Linux: installation_dir/ui/Liberty/usr/servers/guiServer/logs or for Windows: installation_dir\ui\Liberty\usr\servers\guiServer\logs , will reveal several stack traces. Depending on the version of Operations Center your running, the beginning of the stack shown below may vary, so may not be completely identical.
