IT25635: BIP2211E ERROR FROM HTTPINPUT NODE FLOWS.

Error description

• While processing HTTP request messages coming from a
  proxyservlet  that is shipped with WebSphere Message Broker V7.0
  or earlier version then HTTPInput node can fail with a BIP2211E
  error message. This problem is observed only if
  either 'Set destination list' or 'Parse Query String' property
  value is checked for the HTTPInput node.
  
  Broker syslogfile shows the following error message.
  BIP2211E: Invalid configuration message containing attribute
  value '', which is not valid for target attribute 'expected ://'

  All users of IBM App Connect Enterprise V11.0 and IBM
  Integration Bus V9.0 and V10.0 using the HTTPInput node flows.
  
  
  Platforms affected:

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:

• The product no longer throws BIP2211E while processing HTTP
