Error description

• During restore activity from cloud-container storage pool(s),
  the amount of memory held by the Operating System for the
  Spectrum Protect server process is excessive.
  This can cause additional paging requirements.
  This is not a memory leak, as the held memory will eventually be
  released, but it can  take a long time.
  
  
  Initial Impact: Medium
  
  Tivoli Storage Manager and Spectrum Protect versions affected:
  Server 7.1.3.x and 8.1.x  on all supported platforms
