Error description

• When Local Protect is implemented, an ANR3385E error during
  PREPARE does not account for an incomplete Local Protect.  The
  Prepare process completes successfully, so there shouldn't be
  any failures reported during the process.   A warning message
  would be more appropriate when using Local Protect with the
  Prepare command.
