Error description

  • When the status at-risk interval is set to a value that is not
    one of the following (note: the at-risk interval value is set in
    hours, but the values below are noted for easier readability):
    
    
    1 - 6, 12, 18, 24 hours
    1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 Days
    1, 2, 3, 4 - 52 Weeks
    366 and 367 Days
    
    the Settings button may not work within the Operations Center
    (OC).
    Clicking on the button will generate a popup error showing
    exceptions about scripting and the Settings window will not
    open. Also the Operations Center may unexpectedly hang
    
    The problem will happen everytime the status at-risk interval is
    different from above values.
    For example, SET STATUSATRISKINTERVAL TYPE=??? INTERVAL=192
    
    will cause the problem.
    The TYPE can be any types (Applications, Virtual Machines, or
    Systems).

    IBM Operations Center 8.1.5 on supported platforms
