  to manage a VM that was decommissioned/deleted from the
  hyper-visor.

Problem conclusion

• IBM Spectrum Protect Plus does not currently support the
  following two VM decommissioning scenarios. Once they are
  supported, they will be documented:
  1. Store VM for a certain pre-defined time, then delete the VM.
  2. Delete VM immdeidately on demamnd.
  TEMPORARY FIX:
  VMs are decommissioned based on their retention in SLA policies.
  The following note will be included in the 10.1.2 User's Guide
  and Knowledge Center: "A virtual machine is decommissioned when
  it expires based on the SLA Policies' retention parameters."
