Error description

• During IBM Spectrum Protect Plus backup operations, some VMs may
  fail with QueryChangedDiskAreas errors similar to the following:
  
  Exception caught while invoking method: QueryChangedDiskAreas
  com.
  vmware.vim25.FileFault: Error caused by file <path/vmdk file
  name>
  
  Versions Affected: IBM Spectrum Protect Plus 10.1.0, 10.1.1
  
  Initial Impact: Medium

Problem conclusion

• SPP has been updated to ensure that if the call for
  QueryChangedDiskAreas fails it will do a base backup
  (and incremental after that).
