• The "Refresh" button in License Manager does not refresh the
  license statistics.

  * The problems associated with this APAR                       *
  * 1. Refresh button is not functioning properly with old       *
  * version of License Manager application.                      *
  * 2. New License Manager application is not working with the   *
  * old License Manager data.                                    *
  * 3. New License manager application takes more CPU time on    *
  * server side even though there is not too much activity.      *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  * Upgrade to HI-License Manager version 13.0.0                 *
  ****************************************************************
  With old License Manager application we have seen the issue with
  Refresh button. We did some code changes in new License Manager
  application to reflect the statistics generated by the old
  License Manager application and issues related with the
  performance of License Manager application.
  

Problem conclusion

• Once user upgrads to the HI-License Manager v 13.0.0 application
  all the above mentioned problem will not be seen.
