• Closed as program error.

Error description

• MMC online help link's point to wrong web page. If the following
  online help topics are selected:
  
  1) "Help" on the DP for Hyper-V MMC Actions panel
  2) "Data Protection for Hyper-V publications on the Web" on the
  DP for Hyper-V MMC welcome page
  
  The following message is received:
  
  "This site can't be reached - www-03preprod.ibm.com's server IP
  address could not be found"
  
  Affected: Data Protection for Microsoft Hyper-V v8.1.4
  

Local fix

• The workaround is rather than using the links referenced in the
  defects they can instead enter the urls directly in their
  browser.
