• This APAR covers multiple enhancements to the runmqras utility,
  used to collect diagnostic data to supply to IBM support.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  Additional functionality was required by IBM support in the
  runmqras utility
  

Problem conclusion

• The following enhancements to runmqras have been delivered:
  
  1. Added collection of "ps -ecfl" command output on Solaris.
  
  The ps command is used to provide information about the
  currently running processes, including their process
  identification numbers (PID's). The -e option generates a list
  of information about every process currently running, the -c
  option displays the scheduler data, the -f option displays a
  full listing, and finally, the -l option displays a long
  listing.
  
  2. Added collection of the output of "ethtool -i" command on the
  Appliance.
  
  Ethtool is a utility for configuration of Network Interface
  Cards (NICs). This utility allows querying and changing settings
  such as speed, port, auto-negotiation, PCI locations and
  checksum offload on many network devices, especially Ethernet
  devices. The ethtool -i command is used to print the information
  for a interface.
  
  
  3. Added support for Salesforce case numbers as an alternative
  to PMR number.
