• svc storage using timezone setting -03 causes performance data
  collection to fail with com.ibm.tpc.perf.pdc.PdcAgentException
  in method: svqueryclock

Temporary fix

• As a workaround you can set a different time zone on the storage
  
  system (example: Hong-Kong time 211)
  
  1. connect to the SVC/Storwize device using ssh
  
  
  2. lstimezones  (to list the time zone on the SVC/Storwize)
  
  
  3. settimezone -timezone 211  (to set the time zone on the
  SVC/Storwize)
