When calling Integration API class LocalBrokerUtilities, method isHABrokerQMgrInStandByMode has to return a Boolean value, indicating whether a multi-instance integration node is running in standby mode. Problem summary
**************************************************************** USERS AFFECTED: All IBM Integration Bus users, using third party applications, such as ITM, to retrieve standby integration node status. Platforms affected: z/OS, MultiPlatform **************************************************************** PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The Integration API (IAPI) method LocalBrokerUtlities.isHABrokerQMgrInStandByMode always returns false, ragardless of the standby status of the Integration node.
Problem conclusion
